What time do you start, and how many hours does the job last?
Most jobs start between 9-10 and can be discussed on an as-needed basis
How many days will the job take?
Every job is different, but to give you a sense of timing:
A Whole Home Move-In takes 4-6 days to complete, with 5-7 organizers
Kitchen Organizing: Medium to large kitchen, 2-3 organizers, one full day (5-7 hours)
Garage: 3-4 organizers, one full day
Office, play rooms, and bathrooms can often take a full day for each space with 2-4 organizers
Wellness: We meet over several sessions depending on the areas of focus
Do you take a lunch break?
We take a 15-minute break and bring our own food and water.
Do you haul things away when the job is done, including moving boxes?
We make sure to do the heavy lifting, whether we hire Lugg to come and take your items away or load our cars and take them to donation centers - additional fees apply.
For moving boxes, we either post on Nextdoor or haul them away to recycle.
What are your rates?
Lead organizers (one on every job) start at $125.00 per hour
Additional organizers: $95 per hour per organizer
Payment
As a small company, our invoices are billed on a Due On Receipt payment terms.
We bill for the hours worked, bridge tolls, travel time past 10 miles, product, shop time for product, and haul away.
What happens if something gets broken or lost?
We make every effort not to break anything you own, and it does not happen often. We are insured so that if something valuable gets broken, we will, of course, cover the cost and replace the item if it is replaceable.
Do you pack and unpack for a move?
Yes and No.
We ask that you hire a moving company to help you pack (we are happy to recommend one) so that they will ensure that everything is packed correctly. We would love to help with purging prior to your move, so count us in for that!
We will unbox all of your household items when we come to move you in. Some moving companies offer to unpack and take all of the boxes. This works well so that we can start organizing on day one of your move (after all of the boxes are unloaded) and get you settled quickly.
Do you offer sessions to come back and help keep us organized?
Yes, once we have created systems, they still need to be maintained like anything else in life. We love doing intentional sessions where we refresh spaces and make minor changes if needed. Some clients have us on a 3-6 month rotation.
